NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION AND OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMENT FOR STATE PATH FORMULA GRANT PROGRAM

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Office of Mental Health (f/k/a Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) Office of Mental Health) Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) formula grant program application for federal fiscal year 2025 is available for review and comment.

 

This application includes the federal fiscal year 2025 PATH program narrative and budget, including any revisions, for providing community-based services to individuals with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders who are experiencing, or at imminent risk of, homelessness in South Carolina.

 

The South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Office of Mental Health is also accepting comments and recommendations for the federal fiscal year 2026 PATH Formula Grant program application.
