Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital (HPH)
Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital (HPH) is an acute care psychiatric inpatient facility located in Anderson, South Carolina. It is the only public psychiatric inpatient facility located in the Upstate and serves 13 counties providing short-term, intensive psychiatric diagnostic and treatment services on an involuntary, inpatient, basis.
PATIENT INFORMATION
Patients should bring as few valuables as possible when being admitted. We suggest only five (5) changes of clothing. Patients can send/receive mail and can deposit funds upon arrival. Patients can access up to thirty-five dollars ($35) per week from their Postal Cashier account.
VISITOR INFORMATION
All visitations must be scheduled prior to the visitation date and must be scheduled through the patient’s social worker. No cell phones are permitted, and patients are not permitted to receive any items (gum, money, letters, etc.,) during visitation.
