The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) Office of Mental Health offers a number of specialty mental health programs that enhance and expand upon our evidence-based outpatient counseling services and intensive inpatient treatment. These programs often represent one of a kind offerings in South Carolina and are designed to improve access to care and to offer more robust levels of treatment, which have helped make BHDD Office of Mental Health a leader in mental health across the state and beyond.
